Teen counsellor in West Midlands

At Little Lighthouse Counselling, we offer a warm, safe, and supportive space where children young people and parents can feel heard, understood, and valued. We work with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, exam stress, and more, always approaching each individual with care, respect, and compassion.

Our approach is flexible and personalised. We draw on a range of evidence-based therapies to meet the unique needs of each young person, tailoring support as their journey unfolds. These approaches include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), creative therapy, and person-centred counselling.

We understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, so we’ve made accessing our services as straightforward as possible through a simple three-step process (outlined below). Following an initial consultation, we are often able to begin counselling within 2–4 weeks.*

*During busier periods, waiting times may be slightly longer. We will always provide a clear estimate during your initial consultation so you know what to expect.
