Children's Counselling

Child With Painted Hands

Our counselling service is thoughtfully designed for children and young people aged 5–17 who may be experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties that are affecting their day-to-day lives.

We offer a flexible and supportive approach to suit your family’s needs. Children can be seen face-to-face at our Claregate, Wolverhampton location, or online via a video platform for those aged 10 and above. In some cases, where difficulties are impacting school life, we may also be able to support children within their school setting.

We understand how important it is to find a time that works for you, so we offer appointments during school hours (for school-based sessions), after school, in the evenings, and on Saturdays between 10am–2pm.

What can we help with?
We support children with a wide range of challenges, including situations where more than one difficulty may be present. Every child is unique, so this list is just a guide rather than a complete picture:

  • ADHD

  • Difficulties with anger

  • Anxiety

  • Behavioural challenges

  • Bereavement and loss

  • Building coping skills

  • Low mood and depression

  • School-related concerns

  • Self-esteem and confidence

  • Self-harming behaviours

  • Stress

  • Trauma and PTSD

Above all, we offer a safe, understanding space where your child can begin to explore their experiences and feel supported every step of the way.
