Weekly, fortnightly or monthly. There is no obligation to continue with or have frequent sessions with us. It is highly recommend to keep to frequent sessions until improvement is seen.

We are committed to confidentiality and that also means we won't discuss anything with you unless we feel there is a risk of harm to your child or others. We may have to break confidentiality if we need to refer to other services - if it is deemed safe to do so, you will be notified of who we have referred to.

24hours written cancellation notice is required (email or text message to your counsellor). If we receive less than 24hours notice, full charge is applicable to your appointment. It might not always be the case where you can reschedule for the same week.

If you cancel with the required notice period, there is no charge. Cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged at the full rate. You won't be charged if your counsellor cancels or reschedules.
